San Antonio Spurs’ chief rival in the West, OKC Thunder, have been hit by the injury bug right out of the gates to start the 2014-15 NBA season.

Heading into the new season, they knew they’ll be without Kevin Durant, who suffered a foot injury, for some time and now they will be without guard Russell Westbrook for a few games as he broke his right hand in a recent game versus the Clippers.

Video: Patty Mills’ rehab going great. Does chin-ups for the first time since surgery

San Antonio Spurs guard Patty Mills is out of action for the beginning of the regular season after having offseason surgery to his torn rotator cuff in his shoulder.

And though the sling is off and he is moving around without, Mills recently gave an update on his rehab progress and from the looks of the video below, he is looking like he could return sooner than later.

Video: Popovich’s First Interview For the Season

The NBA season is back San Antonio Spurs fans, and so are Gregg Popovich interviews on national television.

During his first interview on opening night, Pop was interviewed by TNT’s David Aldridge and gave one of his classic Pop answers on his second answer when asked about how he sees his team performing in the final quarter of the game against the Dallas Mavericks.
