On this stat page, Project Spurs Premium members will be able to see how each Spurs player on the 2019-20 roster performed on open and wide open three point attempts last season.
Next to the accuracy of each player is a question; should the defender leave that shooter slightly open, wide open, or not open at all?

Extra Notes
The data comes from the open and wide open three-point shooting metrics on NBA.com/stats.
An open three is one where the defender is 4-6 feet away from the shooter.
A wide open three is one where the defender is more than 6 feet away from the shooter.
The points per shot method is used to answer whether a shooter shouldn’t be left open, left slightly open, or left wide open.
