Despite showing some marked improvement with the San Antonio Spurs Summer League squad, guard Marcus Denmon will not be joining the Spurs next season.
Denmon has stated he will be playing in Europe next season. Specifically, he inked a 1-year deal with Turkish team Tofas Bursa.

Denmon has been playing with French squad Chalon since 2012 and only signed a one-year deal.
Regardless, Marcus would have had a tough time cracking the rotation next season in San Antonio considering the team, as it currently stands, is loaded with guards. Though there is still a shot he could be invited to the Spurs training camp roster.
In Vegas, Marcus did show improvement on both ends of the court but another season getting significant time on the court overseas will just help him improve should he ever come to the NBA.
Denmon was selected by the Spurs in the 2012 NBA Draft in the second round.
