D-League Helping March Madness Stars Continue To Chase Their Dreams

The scariest moment for any college athlete is the when they realize their dream to play professionally has ended.

In the past, this moment would occur for athletes once the NBA Draft had been completed or for those players that did get drafted when they would watch the season progress and from the bench.

But now for these players, their dreams do get to continue here in the United States via the NBA D-league.

Instead of traveling around the world, they will be able to work with NBA caliber coaches and work in systems that will allow them to work in offensive and defensive systems used by NBA teams.

These players gain valuable real playing experience in the systems as well.  They can show how they progress in handling pressure situations.

So Spurs fans, do you think Erik Murphy will finally catch his dream to join the San Antonio Spurs?
