With the NBA lockout in full swing, international players who want to play this summer at pre-Olympic 
qualifiers are looking to be insured. Otherwise, they might not play.
For the San Antonio Spurs, Tiago Splitter and Tony Parker have been insured to play for their respective countries leaving Manu Ginobili as the last one to obtain insurance.
However, this wait might be over for Ginobili.
According to canchallena.com, Ginobili, along with fellow NBA players, Luis Scola, Andres Nocioni, and Carlos Delfino, the Argentina Basketball Confederation will insure their NBA stars just in time for training camp and the tournament in Argentina next month:
