That loud thud you heard across the globe probably was San Antonio Spurs fans slamming their hand on something hard in frustration when Manu Ginobili fractured his finger in the second quarter of last night’s loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves.
To make matters worse, Manu will be out of action for the nest 4-6 weeks. Not good in a shortened season for San Antonio.
