Look I am not going to lie, I do not enjoy visiting the doctors office. The smell, the inevitable bad news, or possibly being told I might have to get sliced open doesn’t sit well with me. But for San Antonio Spurs’ Gary Neal, he had to go under the knife recently to remove his appendix which will sideline him for a few days.
Now I’ve never had to have my appendix removed, so I was a bit stunned when I heard it isn’t an invasive and people are usually back up and running almost immediately. And head coach Gregg Popovich was quick to poke fun of Neal and his recovery time.
