Spurs vs. Bulls Preview

The Spurs and Bulls have only met one time this year back in October when the Spurs won by a score of 129-104. However, in this matchup, there are a lot of injuries on both sides of the court. The Spurs will be without Tre Jones and Jeremy Sochan once again, and they might even be out Keldon Johnson as well.

These key injuries will give some more chances to some young Spurs to get some extra minutes. In the last game out, Malaki Branham was able to post his career high and explode for 26 points. With not a lot of pressure, it will give good opportunities for the rest of the youngsters to get valuable time in the NBA. Blake Wesley, who has had some very impressive nights for Austin got the chance a shot at 18 minutes and posted nine points with two assists. This will be another test of their depth tonight.

The Bulls do have some injuries on their end as well, but fortunately, they still have most of their starters they can rely on. Zach LaVine is coming off a hot night where he was able to post 36 points, six rebounds, and five assists. The former Spur Demar DeRozen also had a great night posting 27 points with 7 rebounds and assists. As the oddsmakers have suggested with the -600 favorite line, the Bulls should have a huge advantage tonight against a shorthanded Spurs.
