The San Antonio Spurs rode their scorching hot shooting to a 129-90 blowout victory over the Orlando Magic (14-16) at the Amway Center on Wednesday night.

The win was the second straight for San Antonio, who moved back into the top eight in the Western Conference with the victory.

LaMarcus Aldridge led the Spurs with 20 points on 67 percent shooting to go along with three rebounds in 26 minutes of work. DeMar DeRozan and Bryn Forbes added 17, while Marco Belinelli chipped in 18 off the bench.

Rudy Gay had a quiet 14 points as five players scored in double figures for San Antonio, who began three games in a four-night stretch before the Christmas break.

The Spurs led by as many as 39 points and took a 20 point lead midway through the second quarter to pull away for good. That was thanks in part to their red-hot shooting, finishing the game with 67 percent shooting and going 12-for-19 from three-point land.

Meanwhile, Orlando was led by D.J. Augustin‘s 17 points. Aaron Gordon and Evan Fournier added 12 for the Magic, who shot 38 percent in the loss.
