According to a source with the Austin Toros, the Spurs have recalled center Ian Mahinmi and also sent forward Anthony Tolliver to Austin to make room on the roster.
Mahinmi was injured during training camp with a sprained ankle and the signing indicates that Mahinmi is fully recovered and may see some action in tonight’s game against the Pistons.
The Spurs will continue to hold the rights to Tolliver, who has averaged 3.8 points and 2.3 rebounds through 11 games for the Spurs this season.
