AUSTIN – The San Antonio Spurs announced this morning that Davis Bertans, Bryn Forbes and Dejounte Murray have been assigned to the Austin Spurs of the NBA D-League.

All three players have seen action with San Antonio on a limited basis, so their assignment to Austin will give the players some much needed work.

Bertans has appeared in seven games for the silver and black, averaging 2.0 points and 1.6 rebounds in 11 minutes per game.

Forbes, the undrafted rookie out of Michigan State, has played in six games with San Antonio, averaging just 1.2 points in 6.2 minutes per game.

Murray, San Antonio’s first round draft pick in the 2016 NBA Draft, has seen the least amount of action with the guard appearing in five games and averaging 1.6 points in 4.4 minutes.

All three players will be available this afternoon as the Austin Spurs take on the Oklahoma City Blue from the H-E-B Center at Cedar Park. You can catch the action on Facebook Live via the NBA D-League’s Facebook page.

We’ll have a full recap of today’s Austin Spurs matchup immediately after the game.
