After an impressive performance for the U20 squad where he averaged averaged 22.3 points and 8.1 rebounds per game, San Antonio Spurs draftee Ryan Richards has been called up to the Great Britain Senior Men’s squad, and will being training with the team this weekend.
Although this call up is for the preliminary squad, for Spurs fans this is truly a good sign of his development on the court.
Many pointed out he looked like a man among boys in the U20 tournament but now he will be tested against competition at his physical level.
