According to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.com, the San Antonio Spurs will be re-signing Drew Eubanks to a three year deal for the minimum for three years of $5.29 million (reported by Michael Scotto of HoopsHype).
The Spurs will be using Eubanks’ early bird rights to re-sign him above the cap.
The Spurs earlier in the week made Eubanks a restricted free agent, giving San Antonio the opportunity to match an offer sheet if he signed one with another team.
Once Eubanks signs his deal, the Spurs will will be up to 11 guaranteed contracts.
The Spurs also have Jakob Poeltl and Quinndary Weatherspoon on qualifying offers as well as free agency resumes.
