The summer free agency is in full wing and the San Antonio Spurs have been in the midst of plenty of rumors. The latest on comes from ESPN where the Spurs are reportedly interested in sharp-shooter Kyle Korver.

Korver played with the Hawks last season and averaged 10.9 points, 4 rebounds and shot 45% from the field in 30.5 minutes per game.

The Spurs like to use three point threats to free up space for Tim Duncan and Tony Parker to operate in the paint. Korver would fit that role as does Matt Bonner, Danny Green and Gary Neal.  But would adding Korver displace one of the Spurs regular rotation shooters?

The Spurs also just signed Tiago Splitter to they will not have much cap room to add a big name free agent seeing they still have to hammer out a deal with Manu Ginobili.

Unless Neal isn't coming back next season, Korver would be a nice addition to the roster.
