After news surfaced that San Antonio withdrew its offer to Gary Neal, thus making him an unrestricted free agent, it seems the guard's tenure with the San Antonio Spurs is all but over and he will be taking his talents to the Bucks.

Seeing Neal leave, will help the Spurs unclog the guard spot as the roster is currently stands. With Manu Ginobili, Cory Joseph, Patty Mills, Tony Parker, Marco Belinelli and Nando De Colo, minutes next season will be limited. And with the rise of Joseph, and the addition of Belinelli, Neal might have been the odd man out in the guard rotation.

Neal shot 41 percent from the field and 35 percent from the 3-point line this past season. Though those numbers were not his best in the NBA, he did provide some clutch shooting in the NBA Finals versus Miami.

What do you have to say Spurs fans? Should the Spurs have re-signed Neal?

Update:

According to JS Online, the Bucks and Neal have agreed to a deal.

Unrestricted free agent Gary Neal has agreed to join the Bucks on a two-year deal worth $3 million-plus, according to a league source.
