Report: NBA suspends Kings’ Cousins for confrontation with Sean Elliott

0

By now you know about the confrontation between Sacramento Kings' DeMarcus Cousins and San Antonio Spurs' TV analyst Sean Elliott after the recent Spurs-Kings game.

In a nutshell, Elliott didn't like how he talked trashed about his former teammate Tim Duncan, called him "immature" during the broadcast and Cousins fired back calling Elliott "immature" and decided to meet Elliott after the game and confront him.

The NBA reportedly looked into the incident and now, according to ESPN's Marc Stein, the NBA has suspended Cousins for two games for confronting the former Spur.

After reading this, it must have been one intense confrontation. In the initial report, it was said Elliott walked away from Cousins which was the right thing to do. Cousins has a history of having a short-fuse but hopefully this will teach him to believe in the phrase "cooler heads prevail."

What do you think Spurs fans? Do you agree with the NBA's decision?
