Parker gets more ammo for lawsuit

Even if we’ve all tried to forget when San Antonio Spurs' Tony Parker got hit with a piece of glass at a nightclub in New York over the summer, he still hasn’t.

Parker is still pursuing a $20 million lawsuit against W.i.P. nightclub in New York, saying they shouldn’t have let singer/rapper/major tool Chris Brown in because he’s been known to have a hot temper and cause fights. Parker was hit in the eye when Brown’s posse got into a fight with Drake’s entourage (Basketball players and rappers really shouldn’t run in the same circles).

Now, because of Brown’s recent troubles, Parker has added more legal documents to the lawsuit. Last week, Brown was reportedly in a parking lot fight with R&B singer Frank Ocean. Combined with Brown’s assault charges from his domestic disputes with Rihanna, Parker is using these incidents as more evidence that Brown shouldn’t be allowed to party in public places.

I honestly don’t know how Chris Brown isn’t in jail, but I guess that’s what happens when you have a butt load of money.

As for Parker, I honestly couldn’t care less if he wins his lawsuit or not. This is just people with millions of dollars arguing over millions of dollars. I honestly thought the whole thing was over a long time ago and they settled things out of court, but I guess I was wrong.

At least all this legal business doesn’t seem to be distracting Parker on the court. He’s having another All-Star caliber season and we’re long past the days of having to worry if the injury to his eye is going to affect his performance.
