San Antonio Spurs fans may have yet another chance at seeing Kawhi Leonard in action.

The rookie from San Diego State is expected to highlight the roster along with several other rookies as part of Jimmer Fredette’s “Jimmer’s All-Stars” series of exhibition games in Utah next month.

“I’m really looking forward to making my debut as a professional in front of the fans who have so passionately supported me during my time at BYU,” says Fredette. “This will be a fun opportunity to bring some other NBA draftees to Utah for the chance to play competitive basketball. I hope the community gets as excited for these games as I am.”

According to Dime Magazine, the exhibition games will be on September 21 at the Maverick Center in Salt Lake City and on September 22 at BYU’s Marriott Center in Provo.

Tyler Honeycutt, Kemba Walker and Isaiah Thomas are also expected to play.

As we reported earlier this week, Leonard may also be playing in the Impact Basketball league launching next month in Las Vegas, possibly showing off his new perimeter game.
