Joseph injured, replaced for D-League All-Star Game

Cory Joseph has been having a great year with the Austin Toros, averaging 19.9ppg, 5.1rpg, and 4.7apg in 18 games while splitting the seasons along with the San Antonio Spurs. He was recently selected to play in the NBA D-League All-Star festivities but, to the dismay of Toros and Spurs fans alike, he's having to be replaced because of an injury:

Injury replacements: @justindentmon & @flightleslie23 will replace @cory_joe & @0goudelock at #NBADLAllStar (@NBADLeague)

This is disappointing news as Joseph would've helped the Spurs have more representatives during All-Star weekend with Tony Parker, Tim Duncan, Kawhi Leonard, and Matt Bonner taking a part in the weekend celebration.

Joseph played 42 minutes and scored 25 points with 7 assists in his most recent game with the Toros against the Maine Red Claws on Wednesday night. In that game, he did not suffer any reported injury.

We'll keep watch on Joseph as the injury nor the severity has been made public and update it as soon as possible.
