Jefferson hits the poker tables in Vegas

RJIt seems San Antonio Spurs’ Richard Jefferson is making the most of this NBA offseason. And by that I mean he recently hit the tables in Las Vegas with a few of his fellow alumni from Arizona and other NBA players in a celebrity poker tournament.

Six NBA players joined forces for a celebrity tournament: Greg Odom (Portland Trailblazers), Richard Jefferson (San Antonio Spurs), Chase Budinger (Houston Rockets), Hasheem Thabeet (Houston Rockets), Jason Terry (Dallas Mavericks) and free agent Damon Jones battled it out at the Cosmopolitan’s tables

I guess the lockout and the possibility of a canceled NBA season isn’t phasing RJ. But then again, with Jefferson’s contract, we all know he can afford to be a bit frivolous with his money. Also, he is due an estimated 30 million dollars over the next three seasons with the Spurs, of course he can go gambling.

But I would like to take bets on if Terry rubbed it in the face of RJ how the Mavericks won the NBA championship.

What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas.
