The French and Italian National teams resumed exhibition play on Friday earning wins in each of their contests as both improved to 3-0 in exhibition play as they prepare for the upcoming 2013 Eurobasket.

France, who had not played since Tuesday, returned to the court against Germany along with their star point guard San Antonio Spurs' Tony Parker, who had been nursing a thigh injury and was forced to sit out Tuesday's game.

Alexis Ajinca (17 points), Portland's Nicolas Batum (11 points), and Parker (10 points) led France to a 74-66 victory over Germany. Parker's Spurs teammates Nando De Colo and Boris Diaw each scored 4 points a piece in the matchup as well.

Spurs guard Marco Belinelli and Italy played their third consecutive game in three days and came out on the winning end with a 76-65 victory over Poland. Belinelli didn't take a lot of shots but did find a decent rhythm as he  went 4-of-7 from the field (2-of-4 from three) for 10 points. Belinelli added 4 assists and 1 steal in his 24 minutes on the court.

After playing for three straight days, the Italians will receive a lengthy break as they won't return to exhibition play until August 17th against Belgium. France will continue playing though as they'll take on Croatia Saturday in Strasbourg, France.
