According to ESPN, Nuggets forward Carmelo Anthony will not play tonight.
Anthony will miss Denver’s game Wednesday night in San Antonio following a death in his family.
The team announced the news Wednesday morning. Nuggets general manager Masai Ujiri said in a release that the organization supports Anthony “during this difficult time for him and his family.”
With Anthony out, look for J.R. Smith to possibly start at small forward.
