Bonner Writes on New Hampshire Issue

0

San Antonio Spurs forward Matt Bonner wrote an article for the Concord Monitor yesterday, voicing his opinion on an issue to stop a major corporation (Hydro-Quebec) from ruining the environment in his beloved state of New Hampshire. In his piece, Bonner is politically active in getting his fellow citizens to help in preventing the “Northern Pass” movement.Getty

My point is this: Do you think Hydro-Quebec is going through all that trouble for the good of New Hampshire? Do you think it really cares about us and our beautiful state? There’s no way!

If this project goes through, Hydro-Quebec will be laughing all the way to the bank.

And if you mess with New Hampshire, you mess with me. That should be everyone’s attitude.

It’s great to see Spurs players being active in their local communities, recently guard Manu Ginobili helped prevent a major issue in South America.

If you are a New Hampshire resident, see if there is any way you can contribute to Bonner’s cause.
