And The Winner Is…..

It turned out to be a close race, but in the end, a young, misguided Lakers fan pulled out the win. Yeah, I know, a Lakers fan came up with the votes to win a Project Spurs contest. Unbelievable.

cy.jpgCy Kirsch is a young baller at Grant County High School. It’s his senior year, and there are several colleges after all 6’8″ of his talent. With a lot of luck, someday he might overcome all the odds and get to wear the Silver & Black. Maybe.

Cy won with a 3-way involving San Antonio, Utah, and the Clippers. A nice trade, which would have netted us the young talents of Thornton, even though it would be a long shot to convince everyone to do the deal.

I’d like to do more contests in the future, so if you’ve got some great ideas for something we can do, or if you’d like to donate/sponsor a prize, get in touch with me, shawn@projectspurs.com

Thanks to everyone who participated, and better luck next time! Cy, you’ll get your cash money soon.

Here’s the vote totals:
