LaMarcus Aldridge will be heading to Los Angeles during All-Star Weekend, as he’ll be making his sixth All-Star appearance of his career.

Tuesday evening, Aldridge was named as Western Conference All-Star reserve, a position which is voted on by the league’s coaches.

In 46 of 48 games this season, Aldridge has averaged 22.3 points, 8.7 rebounds, 1.9 assists, and 1.2 blocks in 33.9 minutes.

With Kawhi Leonard only being available for nine games this season due to a quad injury, Aldridge has kept the Spurs’ ship afloat as San Antonio has a 30-18 record, best for fourth in the Western Conference at the moment.

Aldridge made four All-Star teams as a member of the Portland Trail Blazers and this will now be his second selection as a Spur.

The All-Star game will take place February 18 in Los Angeles.
