While the Seattle NBA ownership group has targeted San Antonio Spurs general manager R.C. Buford to lead their front office, it appears Buford has no interest in filling out a change of address card for the Emerald City any time soon.
According to a Twitter post by TNT's David Aldridge, Buford has no interest in the Seattle job.
BTW, couldn't get 2 this tonight: while Kings new owners may want Spurs' R.C. Buford, sources say he's got no interest in leaving SA.

The new Kings owners didn't have much of a shot of prying Buford away from San Antonio to begin with, even with a deal that included equity in the team.
Former Pacers president Larry Bird will likely now be the target to fill the front office role while Spurs fans can breathe easy that Buford will not be looking for a new challenge in Seattle.
