The Spurs were down as much as 18 points in the first quarter but rallied in the second quarter with an 11-2 run to cut the gap to four at halftime. In the overtime period, San Antonio outscored Memphis 18-7 in extra time to take a 3-0 lead in the series. Tim Duncan led the team with 24 points, 10 rebounds, 5 assists and 2 blocks. Tony Parker finished with 26 points and 5 assists while Manu Ginobili had 19 points off the bench. Mike Conley led the Grizzlies with 20 points and 5 steals.
