The San Antonio Spurs (18-5) will take on the Portland Trail Blazers (9-12) tonight as the Spurs continue their extended road trip. This will be the second meeting of the season between Portland and San Antonio. The Spurs won the first meeting with the Trail Blazers this season, 112-109, in Portland in November.
The Spurs are coming off a loss against the Utah Jazz last night, 99-96, off a last second three-pointer made by Mo Williams to end the game. Tim Duncan led the Spurs with a monster performance with 22 points and 22 rebounds.
The Blazers are coming off a 92-74 win over the Blazers. LaMarcus Aldridge finished with 30 points, 12 rebounds, two steals and two blocks. JJ Hickson also recorded a double-double, scoring 16 points along with grabbing 11 boards.
