Gregg Popovich is still at the All-Star Game in spirit

Just because San Antonio Spurs head coach Gregg Popovich isn’t at the All-Star game doesn’t mean his presence won’t be felt.

The two coaches of the All-Star Game are Popovich disciples (or in Kerr’s case, a player) so he’s really at the game.

Saint Mary’s College to retire Patty Mills’ jersey

Congratulations goes out to San Antonio Spurs guard Patty Mills as his alma mater, Saint Mary’s College, have announced the school will retire Mills’ jersey (No.13) during a halftime ceremony on Feb. 21 at McKeon Pavilion. Mills played for Saint Mary’s from 2007-09.


Tim Duncan does not care one bit about style

If you follow San Antonio Spurs’ Tim Duncan at all (not on social media because he isn’t there) you know that he doesn’t really follow any style that’s taken place in the last decade. While he was at All-Star weekend in New York City, he was asked this question.

This is how you know San Antonio Spurs’ mascot the Coyote made it. A fan took part in the Whataburger (a local San Antonio fast food chain) ketchup art contest and created a portrait of the Coyote made up of 100 percent ketchup.

Video: Danny Green reflects on Dean Smith, beating LeBron James and more

San Antonio Spurs’ Danny Green is in NYC for the 2015 NBA All-Star Game and sat with REVOLT TV to touch on a few topics.

First off he reflected on the impact of his former UNC coach Dean Smith on the game of basketball. Green pointed to the fact Smith didn’t see the color of a player when it came to putting a team together.

Green also spoke on how good it was to win an NBA title and beating LeBron James, a player he has looked up to through his career.
