Spurs not re-signing JaMychal Green

Despite signing D-League star and backyard prospect — he plays for the Austin Spurs — to a 10-day contract, the San Antonio Spurs won’t sign JaMychal Green to another one. The 24-year old averaged two points and 1.5 rebounds in the four games he played in for the NBA’s Spurs.

Video: Kyle Anderson putting on a show in first two games with Austin Spurs

San Antonio Spurs’ Kyle Anderson is making the most of his time with the Austin Spurs as he has scored a total of 41 points in two games.

Against the Legends, Anderson scored 19 points along with grabbing 16 rebounds and versus the Blue, he scored 22 points while handing out 13 assists.

Granted it was against D-League competition, but whether it was showing off his range, driving to the rim for the dunk or pin point passing, Anderson is showing why he was drafted by San Antonio. (more…)
