On to Game 7…and other notes

Tim, Manu and Finley all had great games to lead the Spurs past the Mavs in the American Airlines Center. Now it’s game 7 in SA. Let’s all welcome Mark Cuban’s punk ass to the city with the ugly ass muddy water thing we call the Riverwalk. Jason Terry will be back and lets hope Tony Parker will be back as well.

Another sweet Monster Dunk from Finley, and one in the last three games…Dampier should have his own category under Michael FInley Posters at AllPosters.com by now.

Everyone had been wanting to say it, and finally Skip Bayless did before game 6.

I’m wondering if I should start an eBay auction for a picture of Jeff Garcia with a BELIEVE poster for game 7. Now before you go bidding, I’m talking about Jeff Garcia, one of the ProjectSpurs writers and Spurscast co-host who has had some interesting posts around here lately, even saying “Knowing the Spurs, they will find a way to squander this opportunity away and lose,” about game 6 and Terry’s suspension. Jeff, you’re one win away from oweing me some wings. Oh and for alll the people that have left comments on his posts, I would photoshop a believe poster with a photo of Jeff, but I don’t want it ending up on anyone’s dartboard, he’s actually a really nice guy.

    DAMN IT, i cant believe they lost. Especially when Manu made the three and they were up 3 with like 30 seconds to go. and then dirk made a jumper and got the foul. damn, that killed. manu should not have waited till like the last five seconds to try to win. even if the spurs left like 15 seconds left on the clock, i’m pretty sure if they defended well, mavs wouldnt make the last shot. oh well, next season. we’ll get younger.

    PS. nick van exel needs to get the fuck outta San Antonio

    SPURS NEED TO GET RID OF NICK VAN EXEL AND ALSO TAKE A LOOK AT SHAWN KEMP WHO WANTS TO COME BACK. HE SAYS HE HAS CHANGED HIS WAYS. HE ALSO SAYS ITS NOT BECAUSE THE MONEY. HE JUST WANTS TO PLAY BALL AND PROVE TO PEOPLE HE HAS CHANGED HIS ATTITUDE. HE CAN MAKE SAN ANTONIO MORE EXCITING. REMEMBER BACK WHEN DAVID ROBINSON WAS YOUNG AND THE SPURS WOULD DISH OUT ALLY-OOPS TO DAVID. SEAN ELLIOT AND TERRY CUMMINGS USED DAVID ROBINSON ALL THE TIME WITH ALLEY-OOPS. SHAWN KEMP IS AN EXCITING PLAYER TO WATCH. KEVIN GARNET WILL BE A FREE AGENT. CAN YOU SAY NBA REBOUND KINGS IF SPURS GOT SHAWN KEMP AND KEVIN GARNETT.
