Video: Barry, Pasch flip coin for ‘coveted’ Popovich interview

San Antonio Spurs coach Gregg Popovich can be a very intimidating figure, as was apparent by his outburst and subsequent ejection during Friday night's ejection during the Spurs' home game versus the Portland Trailblazers.

But Popovich isn't just intimidating to game officials, sideline interviewers line up and take their turn with Popovich during the two-question, end of the first and third quarter coaches interviews on nationally televised games, and everyone from David Aldridge to Craig Sager has been treated to quite the interview.

During last Wednesday's ESPN telecast of the Spurs-Jazz game, Jon Barry and Dave Pasch took to flipping a coin to decide who would be next on the Gregg Popovich nightmare interview circuit.

Pasch lost, and he was treated to Popovich in vintage form.
