5 things to watch: Spurs vs. Blazers (Game 1)

The San Antonio Spurs (0-0) and Portland Trail Blazers (0-0) will kick off their second round series in San Antonio tonight.

The top-seeded Spurs are coming off a seven-game series win over the Mavericks while the fifth-seeded Blazers are coming off a six-game series win over the Rockets in their opening round series.
