Writer’s Sound Off: Lockout Pros and Cons

sound offFor this week’s, writer’s sound off, Project Spurs’ lead writer, Paul Garcia, and I talked about some of the pros and cons of the NBA lockout.

While there may not be many pros, we managed to think of a few, including having the D-League and its uninterrupted season as a possible spot for potential training camp players to get an extended look.

If the league loses games, the lockout could be a blessing in disguise if any San Antonio Spurs’ players are injured or need more rehab time after the pre-Olympic tourney or summer Pro-Ams.
