Talks between owners, players continue

It’s been rare in this NBA lockout that something, especially negotiations, have happened in secret, but it looks like the owners and players resumed negotiations last night. Yahoo!’s Adrian Wojnarowski tweeted talks resumed Tuesday in attempts to get the NBA season going before 2012.

I have no idea what this will amount to, but the last week and a half or whatever it’s been have been pretty depressing with all the lawsuits being filed, so any news that doesn’t have the word lawsuit involved.

Another interesting note from Woj is that Derek Fisher isn’t involved in these talks. Not sure if he’s been forced out or if he simply can’t negotiate because of the suits that have been filed. Stay tuned, San Antonio Spurs fans, today will be interesting.
