Former San Antonio Spurs player Devin Brown has signed with the Polish basketball team Asseco Prokom Gdynia according to sportando.net.
Brown, a native San Antonian, won an NBA title in 2005 with the Spurs and has been bounced around in the NBA. After the Spurs, Brown has played with the Hornets, and Bulls and did not play last season. With the NBA season still in doubt due to the lockout, Brown’s decision to sign was a smart move. There is no information on whether he has an opt-out clause.
Brown will join other former NBA players with Asseco such as Daniel Ewing, and Qyntel Woods.
