The Spurs are playing better basketball and Manu is sensational in the clutch. However, they will play the remainder of the regular season without Tony Parker.

Now here are the links Darth Vader gave a resounding thumbs-up. I mean if these Spurs links can appease the Dark Lord of the Sith, they must be worth a read!
  • NBA.COM - Fran Blinebury thinks that with Tony Parker injured, George Hill must pick up the pace to keep the Spurs afloat.
  • SPURS.COM - Bill Schoening on Manu taking up the slack.
  • Beaver County Times - Chuck Curti wrote this nice article about De Juan Blair.
  • NBA Playbook - Sebastian Pruiti explains the value of a blocked shot. Find out who is the best when it came down to value of blocks.
  • San Antonio Express News - Popovich says that inserting Ginobili into the starting lineup is out of necessity. With the way Manu is playing lately? I certainly agree.
  • San Antonio Express News - Jeff McDonald: Spurs must find a way to fill void on bench.
  • KENS 5- Dan Oshinsky asked could the Spurs be bracket busters in 2010?
  • San Antonio Express News - Buck Harvey believes that with Tony Parker injured, it's Mason's turn to show up. You've got to hit your shots Mase!
  • Pounding the Rock - Parker's injury in visual form!
  • NBA Playbook - Sebastian Pruiti explained a well executed play by the Spurs against the Cavaliers.
  • Humbie's Blog - Check this nice article on the details of DeJuan Blair's workout and other great tidbits from Humbie Cervera.
  • AP - Former Spur, Alvin Robertson back in the slammer.
  • San Antonio Express News - Mike Monroe tells us what Tim Duncan and Walt Frazier have in common.
  • 48 Minutes of Hell - Timothy Varner believes that Matt Bonner is unaware of his own awesomeness.
  • San Antonio Express News - Mike Monroe: Malik Hairston relishes opportunity. Will Coach Pop continue to give him reasonable playing time? I guess we'll find out soon!
Not enough readings? Check out these great articles from the staff here on Project Spurs.
After a loss against the Cleveland Cavaliers, the Spurs bounced back winning two straight games beating the New York Knicks and the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Let's hope they extend it to a three game win streak as the play the Los Angeles Clippers next. Have a great weekend and make sure to visit us daily for more awesome Spurs readings!
